Market Analysis

Phase 1

 KG International chooses to have presential meetings with its clients in order to establish personal contact, obtaining as much information as possible about the product, company, company's strategy, and so on.

After this proposal is signed, KG consultants will start their extensive analysis of the product, company, industry, market, and targeted markets. We are also able to prepare analysis for different foreign markets, if needed.

A prospection visit is prepared, and contacts are established before the visit.
